Rücksendung & Widerruf
Wir möchten, dass Du mit Deinem Einkauf rundum zufrieden bist. Sollte ein Artikel einmal nicht passen oder gefallen, kannst Du diesen unkompliziert innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt an uns zurücksenden.
Was Du beachten musst:
- Bitte schicke den Artikel so zurück, wie Du ihn erhalten hast
- Schuhe im originalen, unbeschädigten und unbeklebten Hersteller-Karton
- Mit allen Etiketten
- Am besten nutzt Du den gleichen Versandkarton, in dem der Artikel bei dir ankam
- Ohne Originalverpackung können wir die Retoure leider nicht akzeptieren
Was kostet die Rücksendung?
- Bestellwert über 50 Euro → Du bekommst von uns ein Rücksendelabel per E-Mail. Wir berechnen Dir dafür anteilig 3,90 Euro.
- Bestellwert unter 50 Euro → Kein Label von uns. Du trägst die Rücksendekosten selbst.
- Bestellung aus dem Ausland → Rücksendekosten immer selbst tragen.
- Du kannst jederzeit auch einen eigenen Versanddienstleister nutzen.

Hinweis: Ein Rücksendelabel wird nur bereitgetellt, wenn die Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind – also z. B. der Bestellwert über 50 € liegt und die 14-Tage-Frist noch nicht abgelaufen ist. Dein Widerruf wird dabei aber in jeden Fall bei uns registriert.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Schrittmacher Shop / Marco Schuster, Antonstr. 41, 01097 Dresden, Phone: 0351/2058611, eMail: service@schrittmacher-shop.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.
