We exclusively ship securely and conveniently with DHL!
You will automatically receive a tracking number and can track your order using the following link: DHL Tracking

Should additional shipping costs arise due to incorrect address details, e.g., re-incurred shipping costs, these shall be borne by the customer.

*If the actual purchase value is reduced to less than 80€ due to any returns, we will subsequently charge you shipping costs of 4.90€.

Exchange

Do your ordered shoes not fit? An exchange is no problem! Simply reorder your desired size in our online shop and send your first order back to us. Please request a return label via the cancellation form. As soon as the goods have arrived back with us, we will immediately refund your money.

Return

In case of a return or complaint, we ask you to use our cancellation form. For goods valued over 50 Euro, you will receive a return label via email. For goods valued under 50 Euro, we do not offer a return label, and the return shipping costs are entirely to be borne by the customer.
For each return shipment with our return label, we charge you a proportional amount of 3.90€. Alternatively, you can, of course, send your return back to us at your own expense with a service provider of your choice.

Returns from abroad are to be borne by the customer.

Please note that you must return the item to us in the same condition in which you received it. This means that the item must be returned to us in the undamaged and unglued original box, with all original labels. It is best to use our outer box in which the item arrived to you. Otherwise, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.
